Conversations and review status

Inspect what people asked an Agent, how it answered, and which exchanges need attention.

A conversation is the record of somebody's exchange with an Agent. It belongs to the Agent, so the history survives a change of appearance, a new domain, or a second widget.

  1. 1

    Open the Agent's Conversations

Filter or search for the period you need.

  2. 2

    Read the conversation

The turns, the answers, the citations, and the tool activity, in order.

  3. 3

Use the review status as triage

A classification points you at the exchange; it does not replace reading it.

  4. 4

    Fix the shared cause

Knowledge, instructions, configuration, or the journey that led there.

Read it before you act

A review status summarizes an outcome. It is not the transcript, and the useful question is behind it: what did the person actually ask, was the right Source available, and did the answer fail because the material was missing or because the behaviour was wrong?

Correct the right layer

Fix a factual gap in Knowledge. Fix a governing rule in Standards — remembering it cannot be served to the public. Fix recurring answer behaviour in the Agent. Fix a domain or installation problem on the widget.

Reading conversations is its own permission

Taking an Agent into use and reading the verbatim transcripts of the strangers who talked to it are two different acts, and the second is gated separately. Being able to build an Agent does not grant unrestricted access to what people told it.

Preserve the evidence

Do not edit a conversation into a better story. It is the durable record of what happened. Make the improvement in the shared source or configuration, where it will reach the next exchange.
