Access evidence and audit
Tindre combines visible ownership and access settings with an audit trail of important administrative activity.
Access evidence
Why something is available
- Organization membership
- Access role
- Standard visibility
- Agent and widget configuration
Audit evidence
What changed
- Actor and time
- Action and affected object
- Relevant administrative context
Understand current access
Start with the object itself: its owner, state, and visibility. Then follow its relationships, for example from a widget to its Agent, that Agent’s Areas, and the content attached to them.
Review important changes
The audit trail gives authorized administrators a chronological view of recorded actions. Use it when investigating an unexpected change, reviewing governance activity, or preparing evidence for an internal review.
Keep the audience narrow
Audit data can contain sensitive operational context.
