The audit trail records who did what, to which Agent, Area, Knowledge Source or Standard, and when. It supports investigation and accountability across the organization; it is not a full before-and-after diff of every edited field.
Actor
The person or system that initiated the action.
Action and subject
What happened and which resource it affected.
Time
When it occurred.
Read events as facts
Use actor, action, subject and time to reconstruct the sequence.
Denials are evidence too
Permission refusals are recorded at the access-control seam, but this page does not show them: it lists actions on Agents, Areas, Knowledge Sources and Standards.
Successful reads are reconstructed
The trail records actions and important decisions, not every allowed row read. Use configuration, permissions, and resource state to understand what an authorized person could access at a point in time.
Keep tenant and platform audit separate
This page shows the organization’s own activity. Tindre platform-operator actions follow a separate, cross-tenant control model and are not mixed into ordinary tenant Administration.
