What Home searches
Home can draw on readable Standards and Knowledge. Role visibility still applies, so two employees can receive different source sets for the same question. Home does not bypass access simply because the search starts at an organization-wide entry point.
Answers remain traceable
An answer should lead back to the material that supports it. Open citations when a detail matters, when the answer summarizes a longer rule, or when you need to see who owns a Standard.
Home is not the builder
To change how a named Agent behaves, go to Agents. To change organizational material, update the relevant Standard or Source. Home consumes those shared primitives; it does not create private copies.
When to use Chat instead
Chat is the place for a conversation that lasts: its own app, with threads you come back to. Home remains the fastest route for a single direct question.
If the answer is incomplete or looks wrong
Open the citations first. If the cited Source is outdated, correct or replace that Source and wait until its status is ready. If the answer missed an applicable Standard, check that the Standard is published, that its owner is valid, and that your Role can read it. If the right material exists but is never considered, check that its Source is ready and that your Role can read it — Home searches everything you may read, with no Agent scope in between.
Do not paste a workaround into Home and expect it to become shared knowledge. Fix the governed material or Agent configuration so that the next person receives the same improvement. When reporting a problem to support, include the question, the unexpected part of the answer, and the citations that appeared.
